where you really get, with that load.
Pick the aircraft, enter passengers and bags: flightplanner computes the real range, shows on the map the airports where you can land and finds the fuel stops by itself. With amphibians, lakes and bays too.
Nothing to install · no account needed to plan · the planner is in Italian for now
everything to decide before you go.
An honest calculation, visible on the map, with the reason behind every yes and every no.
Range on the real load
Fuel flow depends on actual weight: more passengers, less loadable fuel and less distance. The circle on the map is great-circle and already net of reserves.
Only airports where you can land
The map shows airports within range whose surface and runway length suit your weight, corrected for elevation and a safety factor.
Automatic fuel stops
Destination too far? The planner finds the shortest chain of stops between compatible airports, leg by leg.
Amphibians and seaplanes
Click a lake or a bay: water type, straight run in every direction, distance needed to land and take off at the current weight.
Compare aircraft
Same leg, same load, several aircraft: direct or with stops, time and fuel side by side. The quick answer to “which one of the fleet does it?”.

Not an EFB. flightplanner does not replace SkyDemon or ForeFlight: no charts, NOTAMs, weather or official flight plan. It tells you beforehand whether the flight works with that aircraft and that load, and where to stop if it doesn't.
questions.
Can I use it to plan a real flight?
Not on its own. It is an indicative planning tool based on a simplified model: it quickly tells you whether a leg is plausible and where to stop, but it does not replace the AFM/POH, float supplements, NOTAMs, weather, sea state, local permissions or an official flight plan. Before the POH, not instead of it.
How is the range calculated?
Fuel flow is proportional to weight (a Breguet-type model), so it drops as fuel burns off. Loadable fuel is the minimum of tank capacity, the margin to maximum take-off weight and the runway limit. Reserve and alternate are computed at landing weight. Take-off and landing distances grow with weight and elevation.
How much does it cost?
Nothing today: it is a free beta. From the launch, planned for early 2027, range calculation and the map stay free forever; the paid plans are Pilot (€39 a year or €3.90 a month, VAT included), Operator for brokers and charter (€290 + VAT a year or €29 + VAT a month, per user) and School / Flying club (€249 + VAT a year for up to 15 users). Whoever joins the list before the launch gets the founder price, locked for as long as they stay subscribed: Pilot €29 a year, Operator €199 + VAT a year. Nobody pays without choosing to.
How is it different from SkyDemon or ForeFlight?
Those are complete EFBs with charts, weather, NOTAMs and flight plans. flightplanner does not replace them: it does the step before, telling you whether that aircraft with that load can fly the leg, where to stop and which airports or water bodies you can use. For a broker it is the feasibility check before the quote.
What happens to the aircraft I saved during the beta?
They stay yours. Everyone who uses the hangar during the beta keeps all saved aircraft even on the Free plan, which holds one aircraft after the launch.
Is the planner in English?
Not yet: the planner itself is in Italian for now, while numbers, maps and units (nm, kg, kt) are the same in any language. We will translate it if enough pilots from abroad use it.
How do I cancel?
From the launch, with one click in the account panel, no email needed. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and your data stays exportable afterwards.
Can I get a refund?
From the launch, yes: within 30 days of the first payment, with a button in the app, no questions asked.
Where do airports and maps come from?
Airports and runways from OurAirports, maps and water bodies from OpenStreetMap, fallback coastlines and lakes from Natural Earth. Aircraft data comes from public manufacturer specifications, rounded.
